Lady Titans Snap 4 Game Skid, Snapping War Eagles 5 Game Win Streak As Blessed Trinity Knocks Off Wo
On Monday, the Blessed Trinity Lady Titans traveled to face the Woodward Lady War Eagles in non conference play and snap their fou game losing streak. As the game got underway, the Titans bats would heat up early as they would score for runs in the top of the first inning, including a two run home run by Sr. Raegan Lehman.
In the top of the second inning, the War Eagle's defense would give pitcher Anna Freeman some support as they would retire three of the four batters faced in the inning and still trail 4-0 going into the bottom of the second inning.
In the top of the third inning, the Titans would tack on two more runs including a two out RBI single by Jr. Maggie M.J. Camerieri which gave Blessed Trinity a 6-0 lead.
After picking up another run in the fourth inning, the Titans would tag on two more runs in the fifth inning and go on to pick up the 9-0 win snapping their four game skid and snapping Woodward's five game win streak.
