Roswell Relays Provides Exciting Day of Racing and Field Events

On what turned out to be a perfect day for track and field, the annual Roswell Relays were held at Roswell High School with over 20 of the Atlanta Metro and surrounding area's top high school track and field teams on hand for the meet.

Winners on the day included the Cambridge Girls 1600 sprint Medley in which Delaney Goodell would move the Bears from third to first for the win in a time of 12:56.74. In the Boys 300 Hurdles, Archer's Chidi Okebalama would get out to a very good lead but Dutchtown's Kameron Jones would manage to close the gap and take the lead going into the final turn and go on to win the event in a time of 37.85.

In the Boys 1600 Sprint Medley, Woodland would overcome a lead that Hiram would hold almost throughout the entire event until Woodland wold take the lead coming around the fourth turn going into the final lap. Watch these highlights and more now below!
