From Bucks To Ducks, Deerfield Beach's Ge'Mon Eaford Commits To Oregon

Thursday night, four star linebacker Ge'Mon Eaford announced his commitment to the Oregon Ducks. In state schools Florida State and Florida, along with Oklahoma, Nebraska, Alabama and a host of other programs were all suitors of Eaford who made his announcement during a Deerfield ceremony. The 6-foot-2, 220 pound Eaford is considered the No. 11 nationally ranked outside linebacker and No. 179 overall prospect out of the class of 2019 by 247Sports composite and initially was not expected to make his announcement until later this month, but that was all changed after his visit to the Ducks' "Saturday Night Live" camp. Eaford's commitment to the Mario Cristobal led Ducks gives them their 13th four star recruit in their 2019 recruiting class.
