Demons Advance To Kickoff Klassic Championship Round As Warner Robins Wins Set 25-23 Over Mount Pisg

In the annual Southern Volleyball Tournaments Kickoff Klassic, the Warner Robins Demons faced the Mount Pisgah Christian Patriots for rights to advance to the championship bracket of the tournament. In the early part of the one set elimination match, the Patriots would lead most of the way, going up by as many as five points when they took a 20-15 lead.

However, the Demons would chip away at the Patriots lead and eventually tie up the set at 21-21. On the ensuing point, a net violation on Mount Pisgah would give the Demons their first lead of the set as they would go up 22-21. From that point on, the Demons would not relinquish their lead and go on to win the set 25-23 to advance to the championship bracket of the tournament.
