PSN Preview: GHSA Football Week 11

As the 2018 Georgia High School Association football regular season nears, we're taking a look at a few key week 11 region match ups that will have implications on the final region standings as the playoffs nears! In class 7A region 2, third place East Coweta takes on second place Newnan with both teams coming in at 3-1 in region standings.

A win for either team will give them sole possession of second place. In other class 7A action, region 3's McEachern and North Paulding will face off to determine the third and fourth place spots in the final standings as both teams head into the match up at 2-2 in region play. As we move onto class 6A region 5, another battle will determine who finishes in the third and fourth place spots as Mays and Northgate go head to head.

Both teams will enter the game at 5-2 in the standings. More class 5A action takes place in region 6 as third place Carver looks to maintain control of the position with a win over Decatur but fourth place Jackson can sneak into the spot with a win over Riverwood and a Carver loss. Finally, in 5A region 4, third place Stockbridge at 5-1 looks to defeat and leap frog second place Jones County, also 5-1. That's a look at what's to come this weekend in GHSA football!
