Kaye Siblings "Pace" AquaKnights To Win Over Paideia and Walker School
On Tuesday, the Pace Academy AquaKnights swim and dive teams returned to the water after their holiday break to host the Paideia Pythons and the Walker School. In swimming on the boys side, the Knights would start the meet off taking first in the first three boy's events of the meet as well as second in the 200 Yard Medley Relay and the 200 Yard Individual Medley and sweep the 200 Yard Freestyle.
In the Boy's 200 Yard Individual Medley, Pace's Charlie Kaye would dominate the race finishing in a time of 2:00.13 and just about thirty five seconds ahead of the rest of the field. Kaye would also win the Boy's 500 Yard Freestyle.
In the girl's swimming events, Pace would start off with a win in the 200 Yard Medley Relay and pick up second and third place finishes in the 200 Yard Freestyle as well as in the 200 Yard Individual Medley. In the girl's diving competition, Elizabeth Kaye would blow away the competitors winning with 292.3 points with Walker's Emma Camp coming in second with 198.65. Kaye would also take second in the Girl's 100 Yard Back Stroke.
