Warriors Overcome Penalties, North Atlanta Defeats East Coweta 6-0

On Friday, the North Atlanta Warriors boys varsity lacrosse team hosted the East Coweta Indians in a non region match up.

Both teams came into the night a game under .500 in overall play, so with both looking to pick up the win, a defensive and physical contest was expected and that is what those in attendance got.

In fact, the Warriors were down almost 20 minutes in penalties throughout the night, but great defensive play by North Atlanta when down, by as many as three at one point, kept East Coweta off the board.

Meanwhile offensively for the Warriors, Lee Evans and Quinn Fitzsimmons would each score two goals to help lead North Atlanta to a 6-0 win improving the Warriors to 3-3 overall on the season. Watch highlights from the game below now!
