Raiders Sneak Out Win As Riverwood Defeats Grady 8-7

On Monday, after facing each other on Friday, the Riverwood Raiders baseball team hosted the Grady Knights. Riverwood would take Friday's game 9-2, but on Monday, Grady would strike first ad they opened up the game scoring the first run to take a 1-0 lead.

Riverwood quickly answered quickly back bringing in two runs in the bottom of the second to take a 2-1 lead. Later, in the fourth inning Riverwood would score three more runs to take a 5-2 lead.

However, Grady comes out hot in the sixth inning scoring five runs of their own and taking a 7-5 lead. In the bottom of the seventh, things got interesting after Riverwood would bring in three more runs and go on to pick up the 8-7 win.
