Marrietta Blue Devils' 4-Star Offensive Linaman Jake Wray Commits To Colorado Buffaloes
Earlier this week, Marietta High School’s four-star offensive lineman, Jake Wray announced his commitment to play for the University of Colorado Buffaloes. Wray’s announcement come weeks after he decommitted from Ohio State, in which he would have reunited with his older brother, Max Wray. The 6-foot-5, 290 pound younger Wray is listed as the No. 28 offensive tackle prospect and No. 30 overall recruit out of the state of Georgia. Wray made his official visit to Boulder, Colorado a few days prior to his commitment and told 247Sports that he believes Colorado is a better fit for his future in regards to football because he believes that head coach Mel Tucker and the coaching staff will “bring back CU to the great program it was in the 90’s.” Wray is CU’s first four-star recruit from the class of 2020.
