On Monday night, the Georgia Bulldogs football program landed their third commitment from a five star recruit as Kendall Milton, the country’s No. 6 ranked running back in ESPN’s 300. Milton, the No. 38 overall prospect in the class of 2020, was being pursued by programs like Alabama, LSU, and Ohio State, but chose the Kirby Smart led Bulldogs saying Smart, “got that animal in him”, adding “I’m just ready to get there and get this natty.” The 6-foot-1, 211 pound Milton rushed for 2,851 yards with 52 touchdowns the last two seasons at Buchanan High School in Clovis, California and had one of the fastest 40 yard dash times for running backs at The Opening Finals earlier this month as he clocked 4.59 at the well known event. As for reasons leading to Milton’s decision to commit to playing in Athens, in his USA Today Sports blog, “He KENDoitALL”, Milton stated that “the biggest thing I’ll be looking at is the roster.” He went on to say, “because I want to be one of the guys that gets in there and plays right away and after three years goes off to the NFL.”
