Kenyon Martin Jr. Scores 21 As IMG Tops TSF

On Saturday, the 4th Annual Georgia 8 Elite Tip Off got underway at McEachern High School in Powder Springs, Georgia as high school teams and a few post grad teams participated in the annual event. In a match up of post grad teams, featuring players one year removed from the high school level, IMG, led by Kenyon Martin Jr., out of Florida took on TSF out of Atlanta.

Early on, TSF would control the first quarter but IMG would battle back and eventually take a three point lead into the locker room at the half. In the third quarter, Martin Jr. would help IMG take control of the contest, but TSF would do their best to keep things close never trailing by more than six in the period. However, after taking the lead in the third quarter, IMG would never relinquish it as they would go on to pick up the 65-61 win over TSF with Martin Jr. finishing with 21 points.
