PSN Spotlight: Miller Grove Wolverines Boys Basketball

When you talk about great high school basketball programs in the state of Georgia, you cannot hold that conversation without mentioning the Miller Grove Wolverines boys program out of Lithonia, Georgia. Since 2009 until present day, the Wolverines have tallied a total of seven Georgia High School Association state championships, including a stretch of six consecutive title wins. However, the 2018-2019 season was the first losing season the team had in over 10 years.

They would advance to the GHSA 5A state playoffs that year, but the young Wolverines would not get out of the first round. Now a older, Miller Grove feels they have the experience and knowledge to make a deep run this season and we got a chance to catch up with them and spoke with Head Coach Rasul Chester about exactly what it will take for them to return to the mountain top.
