GHSA 6A-7A State Championship Has Record Setting Day

On Saturday, the Georgia High School Association swimming and Diving state championship meet continued with several record and all-american times being set including Mill Creek's Jake Magahey who set a new state record time of 1:34.37 in the boys 200 freestyle.

The Dalton Catamounts boys 200 medley relay team also set a new state record with a time of 132.25. Other notable finishes included Parkview's Abigale McCulloh, who's 1:47.95 time was a personal All-American time for her. And Dalton's Henry Bethel also set a personal All-American time has he finished with a first place time of 1:47.66. Watch highlights from the meet below now!
