Therrell Off To 5-0 Start After 3-1 Win Over Hapeville, Moves To First In Region Standings


On Thursday, the Therrell Panthers boys soccer team hosted region rival, the Hapeville Hornets in a key match up as the winner would take sole possession of first in the region standings.

The Hornets would start off the match with an aggressive attack which would give them an early 1-0 lead, but it would not take the Panthers long to get things going offensively as Micah Tyler and Josh Allen would each score goals to help Therrell take a 2-1, which they would maintain at the half.

In the second half, Therrell's Allen would connect for his second goal of the night to put the Panthers up 3-1, which would be the final score. With the win, Therrell improved to 5-0 on the season and took sole possession of first place in the region. Watch highlights from the match up below now!
