((Story Update)) Corky Kell Classic Revised Schedule
Updated August 19, 2020 - On Tuesday, the annual Corky Kell Classic made some changes to it's schedule, which is what was anticipated following Dekalb County Schools Athletic's announcing that they would be suspending athletic competitions until the end of September. That announcement forced the Tucker Tigers to withdraw from their match up with Dacula on Thursday, September 3 which was the second game change for Tucker, who was originally set to play Denmark back on August 20. That game was altered when the start date of the season was pushed back. Tucker has now been replaced by Carrollton, who will play Collins Hill. Another significant change for the Classic is that the event will see more venue changes, going from being hosted at four venues to nine home venues. See update schedule below.

Original Story - The annual Corky Kell Classiic is yet facing the challenge of moving to another venue to host day three of their football weekend. Due to concerns of safety amid the coronavirus, Rome City Schools and CKC officials were not able to come to mutual terms and the events organizers have decided to move the Friday games out of Barron Stadium in Rome, Georgia to Walton High School. Barron Stadium was set to host Cedartown vs Carrollton and Rockmart was set to take on Rome however now the Friday line up will see changes which include Walton taking on Kell as the Raiders will now host Friday's day of games, which game two has yet to be announced. Thursday's games, which will take place at Dacula High School, will now feature Denmark taking on Greater Atlanta Christian in the 5:30PM game followed by Dacula hosting Tucker.
