Wolfpack Weather The Storm As Whitefield Defeats Providence 13-5 For First Win On The Season

On Monday, the Whitefield Lady Wolfpack softball team hosted Providence Christian Academy Storm as both teams looked to pick up their first win of the season. The Wolfpack would take a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the first, but in the top of the second inning, Providence would pick up three runs to take a 3-2 lead. Whitefield would immediately respond in the bottom of the second with five runs including a two run double by Madison Johnson. The Wolfpack would never relinquish their lead and go on to pick up the 13-5 win, their first of the season. Watch highlights from the game below now!
