Wheeler, Crisp County and Osborne no longer winless in PSN's Notable Wins of the Week
Week 6 did not disappoint as the Georgia High School Association season continues and several teams finally got themselves into the win column while others keep momentum behind them and gain more footing in the region standings in the PSN Notable Wins of the Week:
10. Wheeler def. Marietta 24-17 – In the past 10 seasons, the Wheeler Wildcats have faced Marietta just three times prior to Friday’s win, with the Blue Devils winning the past two meetings between the two and the Wildcats last taking down Marietta back in 2016. And while both programs have had their fair share of struggles this season, the Wildcats had yet secured their first victory of the season, but fortunately for them, that all changed in their win on Friday, which puts them at 1-1 in region play.
